An Easter Egg from The Witcher 3 was discovered in Cyberpunk 2077

CD PROJEKT Red's highly anticipated game Cyberpunk 2077 also features an easter egg from the game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This easter egg is at the beginning of the game.

Perhaps the most anticipated game of 2020, Cyberpunk 2077, was postponed until late autumn. However, the postponement of the game did not prevent members of the press from examining and playing the game as much as was permitted and making statements about the game.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt also features an easter egg from another popular production, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, made by the CD PROJEKT Red. The name of the production is mentioned in a magazine within the game

|The Witcher 3 was 'retro' :

Appearing in the early stages of Cyberpunk 2077, this easter egg was discovered by Edmond Tran of GameSpot. Starting the game with V, a counterintelligence officer at Arasaka Corporation, Tran began to poke around in V's office.

There was a desk in V's office, and a retro gaming magazine appeared from one eye of the desk. The cover of the magazine featured a visual from The Witcher 3. The person we see in the visual is none other than Ciri, the beloved character of the series.

In fact, there has been talk for a long time about whether Ciri will somehow be in the game. The fact that the character has the power to travel between dimensions and previously mentioned a universe resembling the Cyberpunk 2077 universe made this possibility even stronger.

|Ciri's Cyberpunk hard to come by 2077:

On the other hand, Ciri's involvement in the production will probably go no further than this easter egg. Adam Badowski, the game manager for Cyberpunk 2077, had stated in a statement that he was absolutely against Ciri's involvement in the game and hated questions about it.

Marcin Iwinski, one of the studio's founders and managers, said in a statement that Badowski might change his mind in the future and did not completely rule out the possibility of Ciri being involved in the game. Still, it's not possible to talk about it for sure until the game is out.
